Role Overview: Avenue Z is seeking an Organic Social Media Marketer that will be an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on delivering excellence and innovation in organic social media management. With a keen understanding of industry trends and our clients' unique goals, you'll drive exceptional results by developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aimed at growing our clients' following, engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media content strategy and calendar that is aligned with your client's goals, target audience demographics, and relevant platform trends.
  • Create and manage social media accounts on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X, and Pinterest.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to refine marketing strategies and capitalize on market gaps effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for organic social media for clients, ensuring proactive communication and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and effectively communicate it through social media accounts.
  • Develop and curate engaging content calendars tailored to each client's brand identity, products, and target market.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce visually appealing and compelling content (e.g., graphics, videos, GIFs) that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work with the influencer marketing team to align content production for social posts, ensuring all necessary resources are available as outlined in the content calendar.
  • Leverage user-generated content to enhance brand authenticity and engagement.
  • Write captivating copy for captions on all posts, driving meaningful interactions and engagement.
  • Schedule all content within platforms to ensure regular posting and engagement, while monitoring and reporting on social media performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
  • Foster and engage with the online community of client accounts, including responding to consumer comments on posts.
  • Uphold brand consistency and integrity across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and voice tones specified by each client.
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate on social media strategies based on performance data, industry shifts, and client feedback to drive measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter, with a knack for engaging audiences.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for a variety of channels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • You possess a unique ability to turn data insights into actionable creative strategies that drive growth, comfortably navigating between analytical and creative realms.
  • You are adept at creating and implementing long-term testing and optimization practices, always with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
