Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager who loves to drive customer targeting and opt-ins of new and existing products and services. This will also include identifying and driving tech and messaging changes to current products to enable targeting.

The Customer Journey team owns products and CXs that help customers become aware of, adopt, and engage with digital products and services that help save them time (i.e., BlueCruise autonomous driving). The Product Marketing Manager will identify means to improve customer adoption rates of these features, construct omni-channel messaging and content strategies, as well as contribute to the requirements of the overall ideal experience and roadmap to deliver it. Candidate will also coordinate across partner teams to deliver these features/campaigns, experiment, and test hypotheses, as well as own the performance metrics for these initiatives.
