About The Role

We are looking for a qualified Content Marketing Manager to join our team and tell this story. If you are a professional, experienced in content marketing strategy, the management of day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion, and reporting on the results of each content marketing initiative.

The ideal candidate is an established, polished writer and marketer with previous experience in creating expertly informed content, ideally within the HR tech or SaaS space.

Role Responsibilities

Create campaign-specific resources to drive thought leadership, leads, subscribers, and brand awareness

Experience in creating various types of content including e-books, white papers, infographics, guides, blogs, emails, etc.

Become familiar with Eightfold AI customers and develop content and other external-facing programs resulting from their specific experiences and success metrics

Work with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and other industry experts to create Tier 1 content

Manage and develop Eightfold’s content pipeline in conjunction with the marketing and sales teams, targeting top-of-funnel opportunities specifically

Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts

Requirements

5-8 years experience in journalism (science/tech/business preferred) or a content marketing role.

Hands-on experience managing content programs.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including editing and proofing copy — and the ability to visualize content in other mediums.

Experience in researching and interviewing sources on original topics.

Channel-specific knowledge, the ability to identify and plan for content across multiple owned outlets.

Previous experience building audiences for content and thought leadership programs.

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).

Ability to interpret website traffic and online engagement metrics.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

BSc degree or equivalent working experience.

Curiosity about learning new concepts and a passion for authentic storytelling.
