Job Description
The Senior Manager, Social Creative plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of David Yurman across social media and paid media channels. This position requires a blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of luxury branding to engage affluent audiences effectively. To enhance our storytelling and create stronger connections with our audience, we seek a candidate who excels in developing narrative-driven campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative initiatives for social media and paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives. Emphasis on storytelling is crucial for creating connections with the audience.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content tailored for various social media platforms. This includes collaboration with the marketing and social strategy teams to ensure content optimization for each platform, reflecting best practices and algorithms, emphasizing cross-functional teamwork.
- Art direct digital photo shoots tailored for social media and paid media campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling and brand representation.
- Maintain visual consistency and adherence to project requirements, objectives, and timelines across all social media and paid media initiatives.
- Partner with project managers to meet goals and deadlines, facilitating timely project delivery and optimization of creative assets.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified creative aesthetic across social media and paid media channels.
- Design and produce captivating visuals, including graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content optimized for social media and paid media distribution.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media and paid media advertising, integrating innovative approaches into campaigns. Adaptability and continuous learning are desired traits to navigate the fast-paced digital landscape.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in art direction and design, with a focus on social media and paid media within the luxury retail or fashion industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and the ability to translate brand values into visually compelling narratives.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, celebrities, or brand ambassadors to create authentic and aspirational content.
- Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) strategies and emerging technologies in digital marketing and luxury retail.

Working Mode: Hybrid
Estimate Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
