Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 Annually

Hot 8 Yoga - an energetic and growing fitness community - is seeking a creative, innovative, and analytical marketing professional to oversee cross-channel marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to not only utilize their marketing skills to drive tactful coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, but also to develop marketing strategy across Digital, Social Media, Influencer, Partnerships and Events. This is a very high impact role and will be pivotal in the forthcoming growth of Hot 8 Yoga. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.

Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and manage the integrated marketing strategy and calendar, overseeing content, initiatives, activations, events, and promotions, in order to achieve business goals across brand awareness, member acquisition, and engagement.
  • Create marketing briefs, establishing campaign objective + KPIs, target audience, and all requirements across business partners
  • Provide monthly performance reporting; lead campaign hindsights; identify areas of opportunity and share recommendations with the team.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.

Creative & Content Management

  • Define and manage content creation plans to support the integrated marketing calendar.
  • Manage asset development including briefing, development, production, ordering and distribution of marketing materials for all of the brand’s channels as well as studio level initiatives.
  • Drive content excellence; Champion individuality, diversity and inclusivity across every marketing initiative.
  • Manage, produce and direct brand photoshoots.

Social Media, Community, Partnerships and Events

  • Lead and execute Social Media strategy: establish engagement driven growth tactics and content curation for all social channels, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • With support, manage the community: respond to comments + messages across platforms, direct inquiries to appropriate teams, engage and repost content, monitor comments and flag concerns to the broader team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, collaborations, partnerships and giveaways to drive brand awareness and increase member engagement.
  • Development and optimization of ambassador and influencer programs. Manage relationships with existing creators; find and onboard new creators.

Digital

  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing, manage the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns including email, SMS, paid social, paid search
  • Drive CRM-related initiatives, concentrating on optimizing customer engagement and retention.
  • Ensure all digital properties are always updated with the most accurate company, class, and event information. (web, app, directory sites like Yelp, Google, etc)
  • Support the Director of Marketing in strategy, launch, and management of loyalty and referral programs.

Studio Support

  • Foster collaboration and communication with studio teams to align in studio marketing with company goals and customer needs.
  • Provide marketing support to all studios, offering guidance on local marketing initiatives and helping develop strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Oversee production and development of all studio marketing materials (vinyls, posters, promo materials, prizes/swag etc)
  • Develop resources and systems to enable studio staff to effectively run studio marketing initiatives and local partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • A passion for yoga, fitness and wellness preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and manage relationships
  • Strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (approximately 0-20% travel).
  • A self-starter with a resourceful mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketing technology platforms (CRM, Analytics, Social Media Platforms, Influencer, etc)
  • Content Creation / Editing / Graphic Design a plus

Salary Range: $75,000-85,000 + Benefits
