Vice President, Growth
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded VP of Growth with a strong background in FinTech or cryptocurrency to join our leadership team. This individual will assume a leadership position in the business department and be responsible for driving retail revenue growth by synthesizing the work of our various business teams including revenue, marketing, brand and business development. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of revenue generation across various channels, particularly within the FinTech and cryptocurrency sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and market dynamics.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies, sales processes, and revenue forecasting.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify market opportunities, customer segments, and product-market fit.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of revenue operations and marketing efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization of sales processes and campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing senior team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, including 2 years in a Vice President or equivalent role.
• Strong background in FinTech and cryptocurrency industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends; payments experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
