Marketing Technology
The Marketing Technology role is a subject matter expert that supports the organization's global customer relationship management (CRM) technology instance for sales reporting. This job is responsible for supporting the organization's global distribution teams by managing user requests, enhancing user experience, providing user training, and managing data integrity of the platform. This job plays a key role in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction and reduce risk. This job also oversees activities associated with ongoing enhancements and integrations, including business requirements, documentation, testing, and training.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs complex application configuration and customization (e.g., managing pick lists, developing workflows), including testing and evaluation, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Analyzes and resolves escalated application issues from users.
- Drives user adoption of customer relationship management (CRM) technology and ensures that users are able to navigate the application.
- Oversees the management and maintenance of data within the CRM to ensure data adheres to data standards.
- Advises on implementation of data quality processes and provides sign off on data-related changes.
- Identifies gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
- Partners with information technology (IT) partners to design and document solutions to bridge the gaps, and provides detailed business requirements for CRM developers.
- Develops, documents, and executes test plans to assess business processes.
- Advises technical architects on design decisions, both within the CRM technology and other connected applications.
- Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and system operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computational Engineering, Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and system operation
- Master's degree
- Hands on experience with SFMC marketing automation platform and tools
- Deep understanding of marketing automation workflows, create email marketing campaigns, and deepen customer engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Responsibilities And Duties
- Lead a team of Content Engineering specialists providing technical and design leadership, mentoring and guidance
- Architect content engineering and personalization solutions leveraging SFMC platforms and tools to increase lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention
- Develop / Lead Content Personalization and targeting leveraging SSJS scripts and/or AMPScripts
- Develop / Lead creation of responsive HTML and CSS for omni channel content distribution
- Develop / Lead development of React JS and/or Next JS components for enabling interactive user experience on TIAA channels
- Develop / Lead creation of RESTful API’s for enabling integration with TIAA backend systems
- Set up Swagger for API interaction and distribution
- Develop / Lead development of SFMC Content Builder Extension leveraging Content Block SDK
- Develop / Lead SFMC content integration with AEM sites and AEM DAM
- Enable content discovery through structured content tagging and taxonomy
- Lead team to develop reusable marketing content leveraging SFMC content builder aligning with content automation strategies
- Convert business requirements to technology strategy and design specifications
- Lead team to design and build reusable content types working closely with TIAA CMO teams
- Lead development of marketing content automation journeys aligning with TIAA business objectives
- Lead team to design and build content taxonomy and content tagging capabilities in SFMC Content Builder
- Lead development of customer journeys in SFMC journey builder delivering the right content to the right audience
- Lead team to design and build Web Templates in Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Lead design and development of Content Personalization Einstein rules across SFMC
- Develop omni channel content distribution automation capability leveraging SFMC platforms and tools
Anticipated Posting End Date

Base Pay Range: $130,000/yr. - $159,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
