Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Creator, collaborating closely with our Director of Commercial Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting content for both internal and external audiences that aligns seamlessly with DwyerOmega’s strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Marketing to develop content that effectively communicates DwyerOmega’s strategic vision to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Utilize storytelling principles to craft impactful and relatable narratives that highlight DwyerOmega's business objectives.
- Create and edit presentations, brochures, sales collateral, fact sheets, how to guides, emails, blogs, social posts, and other written and digital content to enhance understanding of the DwyerOmega products and overall brand
- Effectively convey key information, narrate engaging corporate stories and build stronger brand identity.
- Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional teams to implement effective communications in support of change leadership initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with Executive management to develop clear, consistent, and creative communications
- Help maintain the organization’s corporate image and identity; aligning with leadership’s focus areas and brand voice
- Know and understand our customers and audiences. Create content that resonates with the intended audience (employees, customers / markets, executive management)
- Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio, target markets, and key features to craft compelling sales content that effectively showcases our value proposition
- Assist with all aspects corporate town hall presentations and extended leadership meetings – including creating and improving PowerPoint slide decks
- Create a company newsletter to ensure employees know what’s happening within the organization
- This role will also assist with trade show support
Requirements

Must Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (PR), Marketing Communications or Journalism,
- Minimum of five to 10 experience in marketing communications, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in a B2B environment
- Ability to tell a story visually, particularly in PowerPoint
- Top-tier writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-including effective storytelling and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite-including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to remain focused, connected and driven in a remote working environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp and convey technical concepts a plus
- Eastern or Central time zones preferred
