Paid Media Specialist

CMOco is a full-service advertising agency based in West Knoxville. We serve a wide variety of both consumer-facing & business-facing organizations. We have an immediate opening for an experienced, self-motivated, creative social media graphic content creator to support us with developing and managing social content for our clients. You will report to CMOco's Director of Social Media, and will work directly with the CMOco team in developing social media graphics and videos for our client's social media content:

Social media graphic content created specifically for – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and other social platforms

Experience creating social media graphics working with platforms like InDesign, Canva, CapCut, and other graphic and editing apps is a BIG bonus

We will provide all design software needed to perform this job. This is a full-time position. 2-3 years-experience preferred, strong creative and graphic design skills a must. Design samples required.

Responsibilities include:

This is an IN-OFFICE position

Working with Director of Social Media to plan & organize social content for monthly content calendars for all clients

Develop social media content for each client’s social platforms including still graphics, animating graphics, videos, etc.

Additional graphic design projects as needed such as logo creation, brochure design, case study design, digital display ads, etc.

Work collaboratively with Creative Director if needed on brand development projects or web design projects

Candidate Expectations:

1-3 years’ experience in graphic design and/or social media content creation

Strong understanding of social media platforms

Comprehensive knowledge of Canva & InDesign preferred

Experience working with applications such as Capcut

Self-motivated, takes initiative, brings new ideas, creative, and a team player
