Director Campus Marketing

About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on individual who can be both strategic and set direction as well as roll up their sleeves and get work done. Also, someone who loves working cross-functionally with various go-to-market teams to scale and optimize lead generation and demand. If you love the idea of leading the effort around recruiting students for traditional campus-based undergraduate and graduate degree programs, this is the position for you.
This position reports to the SVP of Marketing and works remotely. Preference is to work Eastern time zone hours.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement higher education partner marketing plans including audience targeting strategies, channels, budget, media mix, etc.
- Participate in or serve as the Marketing lead in partnership studies evaluating growth opportunities for prospective college or university partners
- Project lead for campus recruiting projects, working with the internal delivery team in Marketing or in collaboration with the partner team to execute specific projects; serve as the primary point of contact for executive leads who own relationships with our education partners
- Develop and execute shared lead generation strategies across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and partner channels
- Work with the Creative team to oversee the development of compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, testimonials, and other assets, to engage and educate target audiences and improve organic traffic to partner websites
- Work with the Media team on execution and ongoing evaluation of paid media strategies, delivering results based on KPIs and Goals for CPC, CPL, and CPE
- Work with the Reporting and Analytics team to create and deliver appropriate reports that show results and progress towards goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in the Marketing department of a college or university, responsible for developing and executing student recruitment strategies to drive enrollments, yield, and ongoing retention
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, cost-effectively driving demand, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Proven results leveraging digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, mobile, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve return on investment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage people and teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Slate CRM experience a plus.
