Elevate: a Trend Company is our newest division of services,assisting clients in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and sports industries with their social and affiliate marketing strategies.

We’re looking for individuals with a passion and demonstrated success in affiliate platform strategy and social media management on behalf of Creators!

In this role, you will provide counsel to a roster of Creators and Athletes on how to maximize their affiliate marketing efforts and social reach by analyzing data to continually optimize and grow our client’s business. You will also assist with day-to-day social service execution for our clients.

A successful candidate will be a strong communicator and able to maintain an exemplary level of service for multiple clients at a time and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere where they can contribute to the development of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customized social & affiliate strategies for creators, including optimizing their existing social presence, identifying new content monetization opportunities, and keeping their affiliate platforms updated daily
  • Execution tasks for creators’ custom social & affiliate strategies will include, but not be limited to:
    • data analysis
    • content calendar planning and post scheduling via Content Studio
    • content creation formatted for various digital platforms
    • graphic design (proficiency in Canva is required)
    • content editing (photo, video, audio)
    • link sourcing for social & affiliate platform posts
    • copywriting for social & affiliate platforms, blogs, and newsletters
    • blog curation
  • Handle sensitive client information with care and security with all business practices
  • Remain up to date with industry trends, news and guidelines
  • Project manage all aspects of clients’ businesses by tracking and communicating daily to-do lists in addition to managing content calendars and inboxes
  • Ensure data entry accuracy in Asana and Content Studio
  • Work as one team with Talent Managers from Trend Management and Trend Athletes to optimize clients’ strategies for sponsored, organic, and affiliate content
  • Create Styled Boards and Supporting Graphics for clients’ social and affiliate platforms
  • Foster relationships with Brands, Affiliate Platforms, and Social Platforms on behalf of clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients by communicating in a timely and effective manner and becoming a trusted right-hand for all aspects of their organic & affiliate business
  • Create timely reports on a weekly and monthly basis that provide an assessment of the effectiveness of clients’ personal branding strategies and actionable recommendations on how to grow their business
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and shifts in the influencer marketing industry that may affect our client's business
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is always evolving
  • Be a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to achieve team goals!

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with the following affiliate platforms and monetization programs including, but not limited to:
    • LTK
    • Amazon
    • Rakuten
    • Howl
    • ShopMy
    • Collective Voice (formerly ShopStyle)
    • ADSense
    • Facebook monetization
  • 4+ years of experience working with social media posting, data analysis and content strategy for platforms , including but not limited to:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Pinterest
    • YouTube
    • Blog (Wordpress, Squarespace, Blogger, etc)
    • Email Newsletter/SMS (Mail Chimp, flodesk, Klaviyo, etc)
  • Proficiency in the following technologies is preferred:
    • Canva
    • Google Suite
    • Asana
    • Content Studio
  • Experience in copywriting for the purpose of blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms
  • Content editing skills (photo, audio, short-form video, and long-form video) to create engaging IG Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube and YouTube Shorts videos, GIFs, podcast audio and video and other dynamic content assets
  • Relationship-driven with a proven track record of working with a multitude of personalities and work styles across different teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with proven organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred
