This is an exciting opportunity to work on Digital Voices' campaign team in the US to produce and execute influencer marketing campaigns for leading brands.

The Campaign Production team is essential to the creation and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns. You will be in charge of identifying and partnering with creators, to execute campaigns from start to finish, through development, pre-production and post-production stages, to drive a timely delivery of campaigns and ensure the highest possible standard and produce best-in-class social content for our US clients.

You must have a strong interest in the influencer landscape, be detail oriented, have exceptional project management skills and be excited to work in a rapidly scaling agency. We need someone who has close attention to detail to ensure global processes are followed and content aligns with client and industry guidelines.

We are looking for someone who can work on Eastern Standard Time.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who will work to source, outreach and negotiate with creators, to produce the best branded content. The role will also involve building long-term partnerships with creators and assessing current partners to drive ROI, in order to scale the campaign and accelerate growth for the client.

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world.
  • Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign.
  • Own communication with content creators, ensuring they are onboarded to campaigns and up-to-date on campaign details and deadlines, gathering content for review and approval, and gathering post analytics for reporting
  • Submit content for approval and share feedback to creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates.
  • Work with the Campaign Lead to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, anticipating and proactively flagging any roadblocks to ensure campaigns are set up for success
  • With oversight from Campaign Lead, work through contract negotiations and redlines
  • Manage production and campaign administration e.g. invoices, contracts etc.
  • Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices.

The Must-Haves:

  • Min 1+ years of experience of working on influencer-led campaigns with global brands and with Clients in an agency environment
  • Passionate about YouTube and Influencer Marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of creators and social media platforms.
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you’ll need to have the ability to empathize with creators, especially during stressful times.
  • Impressive organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence to work independently and on fast-paced campaigns while having a strong understanding of when to escalate problems to the campaign lead
  • Confident with key Google Drive softwares

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Speaks additional languages
  • Strong experience with influencer contracts
  • Knowledge of paid media
  • Speaks another language
