Influencer and Social Playbook Manager
To orchestrate the successful launch of our company's inaugural digital creator-driven product, the Influencer and Social Playbook Manager will leverage social media platforms and influencer partnerships to drive brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately, product adoption among our target audience. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy that positions our brand as a leader in the digital creator space, while fostering authentic connections with key influencers and communities. Through strategic planning, content creation, and performance analysis, you will work to maximize the impact of our product launch, setting the stage for sustained growth and influence in the digital landscape.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy aligned with the overall product launch objectives.
- Drive global influencer best practices across all relevant regions.
- Monitor social media channels and influencer activities, staying abreast of industry trends and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay informed about changes and updates in social media algorithms, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external partners, agencies, and influencers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Own the backlog and capability prioritization for both those platforms.
- Escalation for any external agency issues.
- Own agency relationship.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience leading a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand
- Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and data analysis skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
