Senior Integrated Marketing Manager

Growing Fintech retail broker dealer is seeking a strong Marketing Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets and meet department KPIs.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital media initiatives, advertising creatives, media channel development, influencer marketing, and content management.
• Identify market opportunities to enhance brand awareness and build trust in the local market.
• Analyze marketing data, such as digital media campaign performance, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates, to inform and shape future marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of marketing experience. Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
• Must have B2C marketing experience

Base Salary $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience
