About the role... ShopMy is seeking a highly organized and strategic-minded Senior Manager or Director, Creator Growth Operations to oversee the operational aspects of our Creator Growth team, including the execution of email marketing campaigns and creator acquisition through social media. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our creator community by managing the pipeline and overall metrics, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of initiatives aimed at sourcing and onboarding new creators onto the ShopMy platform. Roles and responsibilities...

• Lead the operational management of the Creator Growth team, including setting goals, defining KPIs, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Develop and implement processes and workflows to streamline creator sourcing, onboarding, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align efforts and maximize impact.
• Manage the assignment of leads and opportunities to team members on both Creator Growth and Creator Strategy
• Oversee the management of our creator pipeline, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Manage and provide guidance to the Senior Associate, Social & Community, who is responsible for running social channels and engaging with our online community
• Manage and work closely with our Associate, Creator Growth Operations, who is running email outreach campaigns in Persist, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and goals.
• Analyze data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in creator growth operations
• Develop, build and manage reporting for creator growth operations through the CRM (HubSpot), and other built dashboards focusing on overall funnel, conversion and ShopMy KPIs
• Strategically help scale ShopMy through analytical rigor, creative problem solving, improvement initiatives and the ideating of new acquisition strategies or programs.

Your skills and attributes...

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Growth, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years in early stage or tech company operations management or growth operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Pipeline management experience and an understanding of lead allocation and prioritization processes
• Experience managing and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning
• Proof of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms
• Passion for the creator economy and a strong pulse on the creator landscape
