Senior Communications Manager, Business Applications

The Executive Office of the Corporate Vice President of Business Applications is hiring a Senior Communications Manager, Business Applications reporting into the Chief of Staff. The Senior Communications Manager is a key member of the team responsible for developing and executing the communications strategy, inclusive of both internal and external communications. This role requires a breadth of communication experience and the ability to work quickly with agility across a variety of projects and stakeholders.
The successful candidate is self-directed with an ability to manage through ambiguity and look around corners to anticipate business needs. The role requires someone who is able to take on multiple facets of communications, from synthesizing complex business information into easily consumable messaging, to energizing the team via All Hands meetings, to supporting leadership with external engagements and storytelling. Additionally, the role will support Corporate Vice President (CVP) customer and partner briefings to ensure high quality, impactful, engagements, and lead the culture plan for the Business Applications team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the communications plan for the Business Applications organization.
- Manage the communications calendar, partnering closely with Solution Area communication leads.
- Manage the executive communications rhythm and approach by creating and maintaining core content (messaging, stories, PowerPoint decks, SharePoint sites, etc.).
- Innovate with our technology and implement best practices to improve communication for Business Applications (Teams, Viva Engage, Email, Other).
- Support CVP external engagement with professional, clear and concise communications including keynotes, social media and customer/partner briefings.
- Lead and orchestrate internal meetings including Corporate and Field All Hands, Manager meetings and extended leadership meetings.
- Monitor team/organization health and support the leader in responding to team culture opportunities. Drive the culture influencer team for Biz Apps in the role of Culture ambassador.
- Partner across the Commerical Solution Areas (CSA) organization to represent Business Applications in communications, events, awards and recognition programs.
- Manage customer and partner engagements for the CVP.
- Engage with subject matter experts and account teams to gather presentation requirements and customer prep documents. Engage with and coach account teams on executive sponsor accounts.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience

Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
