Company Description

Hey there! We're a female-run GenZ content agency specializing in UGC content creation for CPG brands, based in Los Angeles. Our goal is to help CPG brands personify their products and bring their stories to life through unique short-form content on social media. We collaborate with food, snack, makeup, and health/wellness brands and are growing! We are a lean team, extremely passionate about all things content creation, and are building a database of the best UGC content creators regardless of following size and experience. Our motto is that we believe some of the best talent is yet to be discovered, and we want to be the ones to teach our creator collective how to become the best creators out there for themselves and for the brands they want to work with.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role looking for someone who wants to work closely with our female based team to execute growing a brands community online. As a Content Creator & Strategist, you will be seen as the face of the brand you are staffed on & will help ideate ideas for content on IG & TikTok. We're looking for someone who has their pulse on pop-culture & is the goofy friend in their friend group! Above all, if you're passionate about social media & want to learn about how to grow a brand account from scratch alongside us this role is for you!

The Brand & The Agency

  • They are an established better for you frozen food brand sold in Whole Foods & more! Working with us means you'll never be left alone - we help with the overall strategy, executing the brand communications, editing videos & posting content. We are looking for a creator with a go-getter mentality who is eager to learn & assist when needed but will primarily own filming & ideating creative & entertaining ideas.
  • Pay is per video created ($75-$115 per video = 1 hour ) This will depend on experience level
  • Cash bonuses for when account reaches follower milestones at 5K, 10K, 50K & so on..

Qualifications (PLZ READ)

  • You MUST have a portfolio with links of your content/previous work for brands
  • But an out of the box thinker whose is witty, creative & a problem solver
  • Must be willing to work in a start-up environment that is fast paced & highly collaborative
  • Must be willing to create humorous & entertaining content !!!
  • You probably have a habit of heavy scrolling on TikTok & IG and get inspired easily by videos you see
  • You follow all types of accounts on social media & are obsessed with branding & marketing content
  • Have basic knowledge on editing videos (CapCut preferred)
  • Work best with a team & can handle executing ideas fast with our help
  • Preferred if you have a graphic design background or interest
  • Attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics
