America's Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons (a division of Luxury Brand Holdings) is seeking an experienced and energetic Social Media Specialist based in our Cranston, RI office. The Social Media Specialist role is responsible for owning and executing all aspects of organic social media across multiple brands.

The Role

As the Social Media Specialist, you will oversee the content and community management for all social channels, with the objectives of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty with our brands. The brands will include Ross-Simons, RS Pure, and Canaria, and potentially our Rare Luxuries (estate jewelry) sub-brand.

What You Will Do

  • implement, and analyze an organic social media strategy across all platforms for the Ross-Simons, RS Pure, Canaria and potentially Rare Luxuries. Platforms will focus initially on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with select content being cross posted to Pinterest and YouTube.
  • and maintain monthly social media calendar, while taking into consideration the integrated marketing calendar and relevant pop-culture events
  • management of social media campaigns, fan/follower interactions and analytics. This includes collaboration with our customer service team as they field requests via our social media channels.
  • with Marketing and Creative on the brand voice and editorial content to ensure the brand voice comes alive across all platforms. Develop engaging social media content and partner closely with Creative team to develop visual assets.
  • a comprehensive strategy that further advances the brand and drives the company’s social media goals, including new user acquisition, customer loyalty, and overall community management & engagement.
  • and monitor competitor and industry leaders in social media to apply best practices, leapfrog initiatives, and improve the overall social media strategy.
  • as our resident expert on all things social including best practices, emerging platforms and competitive analysis.
  • update the organization with feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring.
  • UGC and/or influencer content to augment self-published and in-house content creation.
  • duties as assigned to support marketing and ecommerce initiatives or projects.

What You Bring To The Table

  • years of hands-on experience managing social media channels for a DTC fashion or luxury brand
  • degree; Marketing, PR, Communication, or related field
  • in making, editing, and producing content for social media.
  • with social media planning tools.
  • understanding of social media platforms with a strategic & editorial mindset
  • interpreting data and utilizing social media analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
  • graphic design experience and familiarity using Adobe Suite
  • communication & project management skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • about the social media landscape and building authentic social communities.

*** This is a hybrid role with 4 days in our Cranston office and 1 day working remote***
