The Opportunity

Are you someone who is plugged into the world of social influencers? Are you interested in how influencers and creators can be powerful storytellers for brands? If yes, Everyday Health Group Pregnancy & Parenting’s Brand Solutions team is looking for an energetic, social savvy and detail-oriented Influencer Partnerships Intern.

Everyday Health Group Pregnancy & Parenting is home to top digital brands for families, including BabyCenter, What To Expect and Mom 2.0. As the Influencer Partnerships intern, you will have the opportunity to research influencers and creators in the pregnancy and parenting space, and begin to build relationships with them as potential partners to create and distribute content for our brands and advertisers. You’ll work with the Director of Influencer Partnerships to build out a robust network and have the chance to support the execution of influencer-centric brand campaigns. You will develop an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, as well as branded content and social for publishers in this unique and exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research new influencers and creators and conduct outreach to forge relationships
  • Organize our database of current contacts with key information and identifiers, including rate cards
  • Create a compelling, visual lookbook of influencer network to be used as a sales tool
  • Support execution efforts for brand campaigns and pilots
  • Source promotional content to include in newsletters and other outreach to influencer community
  • Work with the design team to develop assets for virtual event promotion to influencer community
  • Any additional duties assigned by the Director of Influencer Partnerships

Experience And Qualifications

  • You have a strong interest in the creator economy, influencers, social platforms, and marketing.
  • You’re social savvy and understand what makes social content great and influencers compelling.
  • You’re a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships.
  • You’re a detail-oriented task manager, who knows their way around Google Sheets and Slides.

Please note: We are seeking an intern that can work 20 to 30 hours per week, for 6 to 8 weeks this summer.

At this internship you will have the opportunity to socialize and network with additional interns across multiple departments, and engage with our leadership team during specialized intern activities. While we are a remote friendly company, if you are in the NYC area, you are welcome to join us at our company headquarters! Our main office offers a wide variety of snacks and beverages at no cost to you, treadmill desks, a ping pong table, and fun arcade games. The main office is also conveniently located around Union Square in NYC, which offers plenty of options for food and entertainment.

Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance.
