Social Media Influencer Coordinator

As the Social Media Influencer Coordinator at BoxLunch, you’ll have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of the BoxLunch influencer program by building brand awareness through influencer partnerships. This role supports the social media and brand marketing teams on key campaigns.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA two to three days a week.
Pay range
$20.00 - $27.00 an hour
Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
What You'll Do
- Aid in on-boarding influencers
- Assist in talent discovery
- Assist in managing the sample budget
- Pack and ship influencer gifts
- Record and track shipped skus and costs
- Place marketing pulls, inventory & organize samples
- Track and report campaign KPI’s
- Maintain influencer calendar
- Support the social content team as needed
- Contribute to team brainstorms ideations & execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Communicate campaign deliverables to partners
- Have a pulse on trends and leaders in the social community
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or influencer coordination
- Microsoft Office, Photoshop (not required but good to know)
- Ability lift boxes (30 lbs. approx)
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- A strong multi-tasker who’s fluid and able to adjust as needed based on business demands
