Video Producer

We're hiring a video creator to visualize the incredible things one can do with Restream. This is a hands-on role, from script to editing, where you'll define how Restream looks and speaks to its users.

• Crafting Narratives: Turn raw footage or a product marketing brief into a powerful story.
• Working with Visuals: Use your technical skills to film videos, host on camera, and edit them with graphics, animations, and sound design.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to understand and convey our core message visually.
• Ownership: Execute with minimal supervision while being open to the team’s feedback. Submit the work you’d put in your portfolio.
• Product Knowledge: You’ll need to test and use the Restream product, talk with team members, and analyze use cases.
• Quality-Speed Balance: Deliver high-quality content on time, focus on impactful tasks, and prioritize well.
• Stay Updated: The video world is evolving. Dive into new software, tools, and techniques to ensure our content remains top-notch.
  
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Create launch videos for new Restream features.
• Edit 60-second “highlights” reels from a 45-minute Live Q&A session.
• Create screencasts for a help center article.
• Craft animations for the Restream products or paid acquisition landing pages.
• Film and edit YouTube video tutorials focusing on how Restream works and what problems it solves.
• Ideate, film, and edit video case studies featuring Restream customers.
  
  
  

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience in video filming and production.
• A portfolio that can impress us.
• Strong proficiency in video editing - Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io , or similar.
• Passion for storytelling – you can draft a story and know how to present it.
• Ability to host and work on camera.
• Experience creating animations from images.
