Compensation: $50,000 Annually

As the Influencer Coordinator, you have a passion for all things Influencers & Celebs, and always stay on top of social trends and talent opportunities. You will assist our Influencer Partnerships Director in supporting the execution of Influencer campaigns with micro, mid and top-tier influencers, celebs and athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer sourcing, building out a directory of Influencers in regional & national markets for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate the delivery of content submissions for brand review and client feedback.
  • Coordinate the buildout of recap reports of all Influencer campaigns for clients.
  • Manages Influencer payments, submitting invoices & w9 to billing department & tracking for fulfillment.
  • Manages reconciliation of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok invoices.
  • Handle the shipment of tickets, PR boxes, swag, etc to Influencers.
  • Assist with onsite events and activations. Some travel may be required.
  • Assist with content capturing with Influencers at events for social use.
  • Assist with boosting of Influencer content on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR or related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent management, influencer relations,

events, sponsorship, social or public relations.

• Experience with influencer campaigns on a regional scale is a plus

• Solid understanding of all major social media and video platforms, particularly

Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and

prioritize workload.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple

departments and clients.

• Ability to travel for events.

• Excellent networking and people management skills

• Self-starter; takes initiative; excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience using influencer and campaign tracking and research tools.
