Partnerships Manager (Influencer & Client Relations)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage Key Accounts: Oversee and nurture relationships with high-profile clients and influencers on the Popfly platform, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Development: Help set the strategy for both our brand partners and Popfly’s overall growth.
  • Brand Communications: Shape the narrative by driving brand communications through email and other channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client and influencer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events as necessary to represent Popfly and foster relationships.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on account performance, engagement metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing high-profile clients and influencer relations, preferably in the outdoor or active industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized, and dependable.
  • Startup Savvy: Experience in startup environments, capable of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable, with a can-do mindset.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in our Costa Mesa, CA office or remotely, with typical business hours of 8-5, while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs.
