Marketing: Influencer Relations Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Influencer Relations Manager to join our marketing team. You will focus on influencer outreach and relationship building, as well as community management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, social media platforms, and influencer marketing trends. Additionally, this role may involve content creation and management of our social media channels, including Discord, YouTube, and Twitter.\ \ Primary Responsibilities:

• Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Identify and engage with gaming influencers to promote DreamWorld.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed.
    

Secondary Responsibilities

• Community Management:
  • Manage and engage with the DreamWorld community on Discord, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
  • Greet new players in the Discord, answer comments on YouTube, and interact with other accounts on Twitter.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback and inquiries promptly.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management:
  • Assist in creating and publishing content across all social media platforms.
  • Handle low-level content creation, including clip-making and basic video edits.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and current gaming trends.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Discord, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Basic content creation skills, including video editing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
