Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies to support integrated marketing campaigns, aiming to create platform-specific content, enhance brand awareness, and drive traffic to landing pages.
- Collaborate with the brand/product marketing team and the US local social media team to execute social media activations for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure the flawless execution of the social media calendar and content.
- Partner with brand managers, creative teams, influencer marketing, and content partnership teams to produce informative and appealing content.
- Monitor and analyze social media account performance data to optimize content and strategies continuously.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance and post-campaign reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, news, and updates within and outside the tech industry to identify growth and viral opportunities on various platforms.
- Oversee the inventory of social media assets, including images, videos, and other content.
- Manage the social media budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing.
- 0-3 years of experience in social media marketing or related areas.
- Proficiency in content trends and operational mechanisms on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong organizational influence.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on insights.
- Excellent project management and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changes and ambiguity effectively.
- Preferred experience in Consumer Electronics, Technology, E-commerce industries, or DTC brands.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours across different time zones.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary for this position is between $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
