The Difference You Will Make
We’re seeking an experienced and versatile team contributor to support a communications team that is building visibility and advancing awareness for the unique benefits and proximity to culture that staying on Airbnb offers. The Senior Influencer Manager will help deliver stories and campaigns that keep Airbnb front of mind, helping to inspire discovery, increase consideration and build advocacy for the brand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an ongoing social influencer program that supports overarching communications goals and campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter/ X.

A Typical Day
- Develop and execute high visibility, high impact influencer programming that supports product launches, pop culture campaigns and evergreen efforts across TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X
- Design and deliver an influencer seeding program, identifying and building relationships with social-first influencers, encouraging and enabling authentic storytelling, and managing the output of high-quality content that fosters brand advocacy
- Manage influencer agency to mobilize a roster of talent as brand ambassadors and advocates
- Consult on international influencer strategies to provide best practices, align with global strategies and campaigns and ensure consistency in reporting
- Assist with spotting influencer trends, opportunities and conversation on social and identifying and executing newsjacking opportunities to drive positive conversation
- Measures impact by monitoring, tracking, and analyzing influencer outputs
- Assist in issues handling for influencers on an ad hoc basis
Your Expertise
- 8-10 years experience in influencer work
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Deep knowledge and expertise in building and executing creative and innovative influencer strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter/ X; strong familiarity with platform functionality and best practices
- Proven body of work and direct 1:1 experience working with influencers, including pop culture, passion-based and tech/product influencers, for bespoke collaborations
- Strong influencer relationships
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for pop culture and trends
- Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge and familiarity with social, social listening and influencer management tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Pay Range
$136,000—$160,000 USD
