Backed by a successful Australian sports-betting business, Dabble is revolutionizing the industry by providing a unique and immersive community-based experience for users. Unlike traditional DFS apps, Dabble combines social media elements with daily fantasy, offering a newsfeed similar to Instagram or Twitter, where users can follow their friends, ex-athletes, and copy their bets with ease. Additionally, Dabble hosts a chat feature, called “Banter” where users can engage in forums and chat about their selections.

Our central hub is located in Austin, Texas, and we're actively planning to expand our reach. Overview
As the Social Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our marketing growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key social media influencers, negotiating partnerships, and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives

• Identify and build relationships with key social media influencers across relevant platforms

• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships through an affiliate program

• Create engaging content in collaboration with influencers

• Track and measure the performance of influencer marketing campaigns

• Analyze data and insights to optimize influencer marketing strategy

• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and influencer marketing best practices

• Work with the broader marketing team to integrate influencer marketing with other marketing initiatives
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing social media influencer marketing campaigns, preferably in the sports industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices

• Proven experience delivering conversion through social partners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to create engaging and creative content

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Strong knowledge of NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL as well as daily fantasy or sports betting

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD with room to be flexible.
