As we continue to grow our products at Nas Academy, we are looking for a Content Creator to enhance our educational offerings and create impactful content creation learning experiences.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging content creation expertise for creating high-quality social media and AI educational content and experiences that enhance the learning journey of our students at Nas Academy. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for content creation, a strong understanding of social media and AI trends, and the ability to translate that knowledge into educational materials. The role will report directly to the GM of Nas Academy.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, outlines, activities, assessments, and multimedia content for content creation and AI programs at Nas Academy
• Continuously evaluate and improve the student learning experience based on feedback and performance data
• Ideate ways to develop new programs and enhance existing ones, integrating the latest trends in social media, content creation and AI for content
• Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure the curriculum remains current and effective
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary point of contact between trainers and the Nas Academy team on curriculum-related matters
• Facilitate regular meetings with trainers to gather input and provide updates on curriculum development, ensuring their feedback is effectively integrated to enhance the teaching and learning experience
  
  
  

Requirements

• Expertise in social media content creation. Knowledge of AI applications for content preferred
• Interest in design educational content and materials preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for the world of social media
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
