The Roost is a pioneer and first-in-class video + audio podcast network for some of the biggest YouTube creators in the world. The Roost is a division of Night, a next-gen representation platform that serves as a talent management company, venture capital, and startup incubation for some of the world's most influential artists.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Partnerships Coordinator based either in the Los Angeles or Austin area. As a Partnerships Coordinator at The Roost, you will play a key role in creator outreach, on-going support, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Scout creator ecosystem for new strategic partnerships.
- Assist with research specific to targeted partnerships, building lists for outreach, pitching appropriate contacts as needed.
- Create and manage presentation materials for The Roost.
- Identify, prioritize, on-board and manage relationships with existing content partners.
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape to help team set strategic priorities.
- Generate market research identifying popular trends.
- Assist Partnerships team and General Manager in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of talent management or influencer marketing experience, working with brands and agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Passion and deep knowledge of YouTube, podcasting, and new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
- Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
- Superb communication & teamwork skills, both oral and written.
