Compensation: $59,745 to $89,670 Annually

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable creative to join our social team as a Social Media
Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content from concept to
finished product for both organic and paid social media, promoting company initiatives in an
authentic and engaging way. This role involves working closely with the Sr. Social Media
Manager, Social Media Managers, and Video Editors to produce high-quality, impactful content
across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Concept and Ideation: Develop innovative content ideas that align with Camping
World’s brand and resonate with our audience.
Filming: Travel to various events, dealerships, manufacturers, and content shoots (up to
75% of the time) to produce engaging and authentic social content.
Content Management: Strategically oversee the organization of social assets.
Implement efficient workflows to ensure seamless content organization.
Editing: Bring your creative vision to life in a timely manner, utilizing the most up-to-date
editing styles and techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with the social team to integrate content into the publishing
plan.
Analytics: Be receptive to content performance across platforms, making data-driven
adjustments to improve engagement and reach.


Qualifications:
Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Self-Sufficient: Work independently with minimal supervision, executing content
creation concepts identified by you and the social team in a timely and organized
manner.
Experience: Proven content creation experience for a brand or creator. A strong portfolio of past work is required.
Skills: Create audience-first content, with an awareness of current trends and
discernment to determine their relevance to the brand.
Media Production: Experience in video production, including filming, editing, and
post-production processes.
Creativity: Exhibit strong creative vision with the ability to execute innovative ideas and
concepts that garner engagement and community growth.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical aspects of media production. Basic
understanding of outdoor recreational activities, with automotive and RV experience a
significant plus.
Social Media Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms, features, and algorithms, with
the ability to create content tailored to each platform’s audience.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Media Production,
Communications, or a related field is preferred

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$59,745.00-$89,670.00 Annual
