Overview

The Manager, Influencer Marketing is a critical contributor to the overall Funko Marketing function, responsible for the development and activation of influencer marketing campaigns that build Funko’s brand awareness, brand distinction, and drive increased consideration for the brand overall.An influencer/creator and obsessed pop culture enthusiast who knows how to tap into influencer and creator partnerships to elevate brands, this creative thinker is an expert in strategically managing influencer marketing, including relationship management, contracts, and holistic influencer programs from identification, through ideation and execution.The Manager, Influencer Marketing will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and a network of influencers to create compelling content and amplify our brand message. Through both stand-alone influencer campaigns and as part of a larger Integrated Marketing campaigns, the Manager will push the envelope and test the status-quo with disruptive influencer and creator content.A marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the ideal candidate will lead and develop fan-first, influencer marketing programs that drive impact for the Funko brand, exciting the culture movers and expanding the Funko audience with the ultimate goal of delivering on our mission to be the leader in pop culture collectibles.Sound like you?   • Strategy Development: In partnership with Social Media & Influencer Director, drive influencer strategy and manage regular reporting to support overall business goals and marketing strategies
  • Influencer Identification: Identify potential influencers for campaigns and collaborate with external influencer agencies or directly with agents to negotiate deliverables with content creators
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that they deliver quality content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Content Collaboration: Review and approve suggested influencers, and their partnered content prior to publishing
  • Product Seeding Management: Manage products, create custom swag and mailers, and coordinate shipments for seeding and campaign initiatives
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report all influencer analytics on a regular basis - key metrics on engagement, posts, reach, and more
  • Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum results.
  • Compliance and Disclosure: Ensure that influencer partnerships comply with FTC and other relevant regulations, including transparent disclosure of sponsored content.
  • Market Research: Suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Assist social media team with regular outreach and engagement across social platforms

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, PR or a related field
  • 5-7 years influencer marketing or PR experience and/or 5-7 years professional social media experience
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, required
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms and how influencer content is executed - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok
  • Active on social media, aware of trends and key influencers in various verticals
  • Comfortable using various social media analytics tools to track campaign performance to goals
  • Strong, relatable marketing and social media focused writing, storytelling and editing skills - to help create content briefs and review influencer content with a critical eye
  • Knowledge and confidence to develop and communicate a point-of-view
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another.
  • Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments' operations and/or morale; "connecting the dots."
  • Demonstration of innovation and initiative - always looking at improving our and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary.

Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,000 - 92,000k annually.​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.What Funko Offers
