Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to lead and execute key marketing strategies. This role will oversee our email and SMS marketing campaigns, oversee our social media channels, manage the organization Rewards program, drive the organization Tastemakers UGC program, manage influencer relations, and foster influential brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably within a fast-growing brand or startup, and have a passion for the alcohol or hospitality industry.

This role will report directly into the Fractional CMO and the Co-Founder of organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention. Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve email strategies.
  • SMS Marketing: Design and implement SMS marketing campaigns that effectively communicate promotions, updates, and exclusive offers. Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Create and manage content calendars, monitor social media channels, and engage with our online community. Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and report on performance.
  • Rewards Program: Manage and grow the Rewards program, focusing on increasing membership growth and engagement, driving revenue, and elevating the brand through deeper experiences. Develop strategies to enhance the program's value and effectiveness.
  • Tastemakers UGC Program: Oversee the Tastemakers UGC program, encouraging and leveraging user-generated content to promote our brand. Develop creative campaigns and partnerships to amplify user engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Coordinate campaigns and track performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Marketing of Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with partners and Head of Partnerships to create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight our brand collaborations. Ensure seamless integration and mutual benefit from these partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies. Experience in a fast-growing brand or startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the alcohol, hospitality, CPG, or luxury industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Skills: Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email and SMS marketing platform, Instagram and Tiktok, customer loyalty programs, and influencer marketing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Management & Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals and drive business growth. Experience managing team members, contractors, and agencies required.
