SWIM USA is one of the largest designers and manufacturers of women's swimwear and we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director in a new category, focused on beauty and skincare.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, social media strategies, public relations efforts, and overall brand marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the brand, aligning with business goals.
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and product launches.
- Oversee social media strategy and content creation, driving engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry influencers and media contacts.
- Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
- Experience with marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and a deep understanding of the target audience.
Travel: Occasional travel required domestically to accounts/internationally for trend research or to other SWIM USA offices.
Working Conditions: Office - flexible hybrid schedule - required to be in the office 3 days per week.
