Compensation: $135,000 to $150,000 Annually

About the Company:

SWIM USA is one of the largest designers and manufacturers of women's swimwear and we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director in a new category, focused on beauty and skincare.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, social media strategies, public relations efforts, and overall brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry. Your industry experience will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to work in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the brand, aligning with business goals.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content creation, driving engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry influencers and media contacts.
  • Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM software.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and a deep understanding of the target audience.

Travel: Occasional travel required domestically to accounts/internationally for trend research or to other SWIM USA offices.

Working Conditions: Office - flexible hybrid schedule - required to be in the office 3 days per week.
