We support over 3 million businesses globally by enabling local creators to share videos of their experiences. 10,000 cities have their own unique video feeds in more 150 countries, so you can see what’s happening in your city and around the world to find the perfect experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

Responsibilities

  • Organic and Commerce partners are a critical to enabling user discovery, scaling interactions, and driving business growth on TikTok
  • Focus on both existing partners and new business development centered around organic business solutions designed to allow businesses to thrive on Atmosfy
  • Work directly with partners in verticals ranging from commerce, content and community management, local services (food & delivery), events & ticketing, to travel
  • Work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation & enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love
  • Source and qualify new partnerships that fit into overall Organic and Commerce verticals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in partnerships and business development.
  • Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Experience developing complex integrations with third parties.
  • You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
  • You are a strategic thinker, but you’re also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you’re able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
  • Quantitative/analytical experience.
  • Strong e-commerce platform, organic / social management, and local services product acumen
  • Knowledge of organic content and creator monetization is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with native payment solutions and integrations a plus.
