The Influencer Talent Manager is a critical role in supporting our creators and an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing talent management team. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting a group of creators and managing the logistics of their brand partnerships. You’ll also communicate with brands and agencies to execute campaigns, negotiate high level terms, oversee campaign calendars, and work closely with internal team on a daily basis.

You’ll also have the chance to provide creative and strategic input to the talent management team on industry updates and trends. This is an amazing opportunity for a career-minded person to grow and learn in a fast paced, exciting industry, with a hands-on team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a group of creators and manage their brand partnerships
  • Manage the logistics of many moving parts with campaigns and talent schedules
  • Negotiate campaign deals and communicate daily with talent, brands, and agencies
  • Build strong relationships with talent, along with brand and agency partners
  • Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and trends across social media

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in the digital space: ad agency, brand side, talent management, influencer marketing, account management, or similar environment
  • Enjoys being organized with high attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritizing important tasks
  • Doesn’t get overwhelmed easily
  • Loves responsiveness and working efficiently
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Self-motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment
  • Positive, optimistic mindset and friendly personality
  • Must live in, and be able to legally work, in the United States
  • Must be able to work fully remote with reliable internet and mobile service
  • Access to a major airport
  • Bachelor’s degree
