Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be focused on managing our influencer program - from sourcing influencers to mailing influencer packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing and loves to stay up-to-date with all the Tiktok trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the influencer marketing strategy, by establishing new relationships and nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Create and deliver influencer briefs
  • Maintain the CRM for all influencer relationships
  • Own the entire project timeline for influencer mailers: from concept, to sourcing, to production, to mailings
  • Pack influencer boxes every week with handwritten notes
  • Retain the current influencer base, as well as identify, actively source & reach out to new influencers in line with the brand voice and overall business strategy for ongoing & upcoming campaigns + maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with external content creators to facilitate content for social media organic usage and paid partnerships
  • Help ideate and host influencer events and pop-ups, as well as execute social/digital activations for key brand launches as needed.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze influencer campaigns to enable best practices and advise on best strategies using relevant tools (i.e.: Tribe Dynamics, Google Analytics, etc).
  • Strategically scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program and report on top drivers and overall performance.
  • Manage our reviews program by communicating and sending products to product testers and reviewers
  • Capture and film content at influencer events

Requirements:

  • Experience 2-4 years in influencer marketing, bonus if it’s in the makeup/beauty space
  • Proven success in managing influencer campaigns
  • Great at relationships: you're a people person!
  • Up to date with the influencer space and trends, especially on Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok
  • Detail oriented and organized. You can remember exactly what piece of content a specific influencer posted months/years ago
  • Can do attitude and willing to be hand’s on. No job is beneath you
  • Nice to have: if you can also create social media content
