Compensation: $100,000 Annually
A UK based talent agency that represents fashion and lifestyle influencers, is looking for a full time Talent Manager to add to their US team. You will lead the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our dynamic roster of digital creators across multiple content categories. This is a HYBRID position with offices in West LA. The ideal candidate will have influencers they can BRING WITH THEM as they start a new career at this agency.
- Responsibilities Include: Actively sign and maintain a roster of digital talent, managing a wide range of brand partnerships and brand development opportunities.
- Ensure talent across the agency roster is being developed and serviced at a superior level.
- Handle on-going communication with talent and provide support to their overall brand; social media, ancillary brand extensions, growth, and industry trends.
- Leverage and continuously build relationships with brands/agencies and talent to secure new business.
- Develop creative strategies to accelerate the overall growth and revenue opportunities for talent.
- Lead and manage the full contract process from drafting, redlining, to execution on behalf of talent.
- With support team, act as liaison between brand and talent to ensure al partnerships are being project managed and executed seamlessly.
- Work closely with Finance department to ensure all invoices are submitted accurately and on time.
- Participate in team and company-wide initiatives and activities.
- Develop industry knowledge to further develop client roster and the division’s business.
Qualifications: 4-5+ years of talent management and PR experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing).
- Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style.
- A passion for creator economy, marketing, and advertising.
- Knowledge of current trends in the social media sphere.
- Experience building relationships with influencers/agents/clients.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, G Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, and/or other tools and technology.
Salary: 100k+ commission
