Job Title: Influencer + Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description: As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to ultimately increase sales and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing trends.

Hours: Full time-Remote

Who you are:

  • We are seeking a positive, self-driven individual who is passionate about clean beauty and a holistic lifestyle.
  • You must have a deep knowledge of online and influencer/affiliate marketing, a strong background in social media and ecommerce sales channels.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can assess an individual influencer’s marketing strategies and where Araza’s offers might best fit; whether that’s email, blogs, social, podcasts etc. We need someone who can bring new ideas to the table.
  • You are someone who can build out processes and programs to make our affiliate +influencer program more efficient, enticing to affiliates and smooth running.
  • You must have strong negotiation skills and be able to close deals with influencers.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing preferably in the beauty or health and wellness space.
  • You must be able to analyze data and make decisions based off the results.
  • Organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • You are great at nurturing and growing current high value relationships while also having a process for prospecting and approaching new high value relationships.
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well on your own without much supervision.
  • You must thrive in working in a small business environment where you are constantly developing, implementing, testing and tweaking processes to find what works best and most efficiency.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • As Araza’s Influencer Marketing Manager your #1 goal is to increase revenue through Araza’s online affiliate + influencer marketing program.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that ultimately drive conversions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the influencer marketing space to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure end-to-end management of paid influencer campaigns and viral activations.
  • Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.
  • Manage budgets to achieve monthly KPIs and targets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain current affiliate and influencer relationships by staying in contact with them through email, DMs, bi-weekly newsletters, letting them know about upcoming promotions, sending PR product, and being available for all questions, concerns etc.
  • Assessing key metrics to determine what strategies are performing and which ones are not.
  • Prospecting and approaching new high value relationships.
  • Manage and oversea Araza’s organic gifting strategy.
  • Develop and test marketing strategies with our partners to drive consistent results.
  • Manage budgeting and reporting, including weekly pacing and monthly forecasts.
  • Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable.
