PGP (The Public Good Projects) is seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator. This role will be responsible for sourcing and engaging social media influencers and curating their content to support key public health communications objectives. PGP manages large networks of community influencers, providing them with tailored health communications that they distribute as trusted messengers.

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a great communicator, and who wants to partner with content creators to use their platforms for good. This position will report to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

  • Source, engage, and build relationships with influencers, who we view as partners in this work, to bring high-quality content to target audiences, as specified per client/program.
  • Proactively identify content angles that match the influencers' content style to convey key health messages.
  • Engage and coordinate with influencers in a friendly, patient, and timely manner, building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Negotiate with influencers to secure fair rates within allocated budgets, with support from the Senior Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and conversations, recommending opportunities for campaign integration.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of progress toward campaign goals and budgets, while elevating challenges and bottlenecks early to the Senior Manager.
  • Support Senior Manager with marketing materials like client-facing briefs and strategy decks, target audience reports, messaging, and creative briefs.
  • Support Senior Manager with updating and standardizing team documents and processes.
  • Ensure quality influencer content is delivered on time and follows contract requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to program managers on campaign progress.
  • Support weekly and monthly metrics reports highlighting campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to help provide support for other digital communications efforts.
  • Support the growth of PGP’s Influencer Marketing capabilities in line with the long-term goals and vision of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of digital or influencer marketing experience (agency experience is a plus!)
  • A genuine passion for social media and influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A native social media user of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook etc.
  • Preferred experience with third-party digital marketing and analytics platforms and tools
  • Strong proofing, writing and grammar skills with meticulous attention to the small details
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with a proven track record of supporting multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
  • English fluency required; bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)

This is a full-time, non-exempt, fully-remote position therefore candidates must have the ability to work from their own home office. Applicants must be eligible to work in either the United States or Canada.
