The Influencer Talent Manager with IKONICFOX is someone who is excited about joining the coolest team in the industry. If you are a snooze fest and/or unorganized, this is not for you! We are a high-performing group, who care a lot about our creators and our brand partners. You need to thrive with organization, efficiency, different personalities, and staying on the pulse of the industry. If you are looking for a typical 9-5 “job” this is not for you! If you are someone with a cool POV, open minded, thinks on their feet, problem solves on the fly, and wants to build an exciting career, we want you!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

  • Oversee a badass group of creators and manage their brand partnerships
  • Managing logistics with the many moving parts of campaigns and talent schedules
  • Negotiate campaign deals and communicate daily with talent, brands, and agencies
  • Build strong relationships with talent, along with brand and agency partners
  • Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and trends across social media

Ok, now the real tea…

  • Strong emotional intelligence…being an MIT grad does not cut it here
  • Doesn’t sweat the small stuff, unless in a workout class
  • 5+ years of work experience in the digital space: ad agency, brand side, talent management, influencer marketing, account management, or similar environment
  • ‘Attention to Detail’ should have been your middle name
  • Delivering ahead of schedule is delivering on time
  • Chameleon communicator
  • Interesting personality, without making it about you
  • Responsive queen
  • Self-motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment
  • Positive approach
  • Never uses the word “unfortunately” - there is always a way to find a solution ;)
  • Must live in, and be able to legally work, in the United States
  • Must be able to work fully remote with reliable wifi
  • Access to a major airport

Bonus Points:

  • Direct experience executing influencer marketing campaigns, negotiating, and interacting with talent

    Experience using Google Docs, Slack, Canva, photo/video editing, or project management tools
