Digital Strategist

The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This role will support multiple clients with the agency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate development and execution of communications and campaigns across the various channels
  • Build and oversee campaign calendar in Asana
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the client's strategy
  • Support all marketing efforts in achieving immediate and long-term business goals
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics
  • Develop research, competitive analysis, campaign result reports, and consumer trend analysis
  • Support social media in the development and deployment of social content
  • Build and send client email campaigns
  • Create and present client report and planning decks
  • Assist content team in planning, sourcing of details and execution of photo and video asset creation

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience in marketing as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

    Additional Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and Wordpress Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Experience with Google suite of tools such as Slides, Sheets and Docs
  • Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp as well as experience with Canva helpful
