Duties & Responsibilities
- Refine/progress agency POV on future of influencer Marketing
- Oversight of major influencer programs at agency; champion influencer campaigns at the agency
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers
- Work with different practice leads to help build influencer programs and sell in programs
- Streamline contract negotiation process
- Work closely with internal measurement team to develop proprietary measurement for influencer programs
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Thought leader on all things influencer
- Ability to conceptualize new offerings to meet changing needs of marketplace
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Requirements
- 10 Years of Agency experience, coupled with the most recent experience focused on developing innovative influencer strategy
- Proven track record in influencer campaign strategies and execution
- In depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing
- Future-focused: keeps abreast of emerging trends, technologies and state of practice
- Good negotiation skills
- Exceptional collaborator who can work across practices
- A strong understanding of influencer program measurement best practice
- Understanding of how influencer marketing can drive back to sales and business objectives
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
