Position Overview

As we scale our global presence, we are looking for an exceptional Events and Community Marketing Coordinator to join our team and lead the charge in crafting industry-defining events and communities that drive seller and creator acquisition. This is not your average events marketing role—it’s for someone who sees events and community building as strategic growth levers and knows how to execute at the highest level. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, including the SVP of Revenue and Director of Marketplace, you will define and execute Levanta’s global events and community marketing strategy.

You will have a direct impact on shaping how Levanta engages with sellers and creators, delivering world-class experiences that set new standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

Global Event Strategy & Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute sponsorships, tradeshows, satellite events, and community engagements that align with Levanta’s growth goals.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive calendar of events across the year to target seller and creator acquisition.
  • Create premium, memorable event experiences that differentiate Levanta and drive ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to capture, qualify, and transition leads seamlessly for maximum pipeline impact.

Owned Event Management

  • Develop and execute Levanta-owned events with compelling content components (both digital and in-person), such as panel discussions, workshops, and keynotes, to inspire and educate sellers and creators.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as partnerships, partner marketing, sales, marketplace and executives to align content themes with broader acquisition strategies.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Build and nurture communities that support Levanta’s brand and acquisition goals for sellers and creators.
  • Develop and own community strategies, frameworks, and tactics that foster engagement and long-term growth.
  • Establish Levanta as the go-to platform for connection and innovation in the seller and creator ecosystem.

Data-Driven Reporting & ROI Analysis

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all events and community activities.
  • Report on ROI, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on profitability while delivering premium experiences.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align event and community strategies with acquisition goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure every event reflects Levanta’s brand promise and business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record:

  • 5+ years of experience in events and community marketing, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver premium experiences with measurable impact.

Strategic Thinker:

  • Experience in evaluating and negotiating event opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of event demographics, with the ability to get our brand in front of the right audience, keeping ROI at the forefront of investment decisions.
  • Visionary in creating events and communities that go beyond the status quo of B2B marketing.

Numbers-Driven:

  • Strong aptitude for tracking and reporting event ROI, with a knack for tying initiatives directly to business outcomes.
  • Experience with lead capture, qualification, and handoff processes in collaboration with sales and marketing operations & enablement teams.

Community Builder:

  • Expertise in building and nurturing communities, creating strategies that foster authentic engagement and align with acquisition goals.

Event Execution Pro:

  • Experience managing end-to-end event logistics for large-scale, multi-faceted events.
  • Creative flair for designing premium experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.

Collaborative Leader:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
