The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) is searching for a visionary VP of AI Integration & Acceleration, a transformative role positioned at the heart of the evolving digital landscape. As a pivotal leader, you will drive the integration of AI across digital media and marketing ecosystem, setting industry standards and crafting innovative solutions. What You’ll Do:

Guide Through Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to transform digital advertising by integrating AI solutions across the ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-industry committees and working groups, fostering consensus and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Publish industry-leading insights, best practices, and standards to inspire and guide AI adoption while mitigating risks.
  • Shape industry discussions on AI, presenting transformative yet realistic applications of AI technologies in digital advertising.

Educate and Advocate with Industry Expertise:

  • Use your expertise in digital advertising to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities where AI can drive improvement and innovation across the digital supply chain.
  • Position IAB as a thought leader in AI, including Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, demonstrating operational expertise and marketplace insights.

Collaborate Across a Diverse Set of Industry Players:

  • Partner with IAB’s Centers of Excellence to integrate AI strategies across video, audio, commerce, the creator economy, gaming, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising.
  • Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including multi-platform publishers, technology providers, brands, and agencies.
  • Identify challenges and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and stimulate growth within the industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams, including the IAB Tech Lab, to drive AI implementation and innovation.

Required Experience:

  • AI Expertise: Proven experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI, with a focus on developing and executing AI transformation plans.
  • Industry Background: 10+ years of experience in the advertising and media industry, covering data & analytics, ad operations, agency leadership, brand marketing, and publisher operations.
  • Product Management: Experience in developing and launching new products, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis to derive insights, guide strategic decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
