As the Senior Associate, you will support the team to develop, implement and maintain social campaigns. The positions will be involved with the development of strategies, planning, and execution of social marketing campaigns in addition to continued intensive data pulls and analysis. A successful candidate will have great attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit and team player, while bringing value to our clients. This role will also present the opportunity to partner closely with an integrated media, creative and marketing science team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Supervisor on day to day client management and requests
- Oversee one – entry level staff members effectively managing their training, workload and prioritization as well as offer QA of work produced
- Ability to work closely with Social PMDs to provide clear direction, timing and expectations around social execution work
- Capability to streamline communication across key internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to social strategy, reporting, management and execution
- Demonstrate the capability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently as well as exhibit skills to effectively prioritize workload while keeping manager abreast of progress
- Exhibit strong excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, sumifs, etc. needed for consistent reporting needs
- Gather, compile and analyze large data sets to understand current performance trends and inform future strategic investment opportunities
- Foster understanding of multiple platform data sources including but not limited to: Kenshoo, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads and Pinterest
- Demonstrates understanding of and ability to manage forecasting, budgeting and spend pacing to ensure accuracy of social spend
- Displays understanding of business concepts and client objectives in order to identify campaign opportunities
- Ability to develop and implement Social strategy across a multitude of publishers
- Demonstrate strategic insight based on data to develop short team and long term execution plans from client’s stated business objectives
- Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to internal and external team
- Foster an understanding of the social and digital landscape to stay abuzz of trends and incorporate learning opportunities into client strategy
- Demonstrates an understanding of social campaign setups via platforms direct as well as bid management tools (i.e. Kenshoo, 4C, Sprinklr. Etc)
- Deep understanding of targeting and audience management as well as creative parameters and setup process
- Capability to effectively project manage the implementation of multiple campaigns concurrently
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in paid social media at an agency or in-house
- Exhibit confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Be a proactive self-starter
- Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
- Have strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
- Capability and desire to effectively manage junior staff members
- Familiarity with Kenshoo, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads and Pinterest Ads a plus

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range$65,000—$70,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
