ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our boutique ecommerce client’s results-driven influencer program. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, customer growth, and incremental revenue by crafting and executing forward-thinking influencer strategies. You’ll be a key player in developing an ecosystem of style inspiration and discovery while managing impactful marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scaling an industry leading and results-driven influencer program
- Deliver innovative influencer strategies driving incremental revenue gains and optimize for efficiency
- Partner with our external ecommerce team to unlock influencer scale by leveraging internal tools and systems to drive growth and to continue accelerating the brand’s awareness, reach and relevancy
- Lead vision and execution across marketing campaigns and on-the-ground events driving brand awareness and new customer growth
- Prioritize branding, automation in program management and reporting that improves the overall influencer experience and reduces manual dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to drive transformative business development initiatives supporting key investments
- Create an ecosystem of fashion discovery and style inspiration through compelling social-first influencer campaigns, delivering strong brand-right narratives that drive impact
- Monetize influencer content throughout site and social, working cross-departmentally to enrich storytelling and enable discovery
- Analyze and present program results against KPIs, identifying win’s and test-and-learn opportunities for greater program impact
- Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, remaining flexible to shifts in business priorities and social/macro trends
- Test and learn across new social channels and build first-of programs to keep up with the ever-changing social media landscape
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling influencer programs and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer tools, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling storytelling.
- Experience managing large budgets and aligning spend with business priorities.
