Description
Levanta is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Creator Development Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketplace team. As a Creator Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of sourcing, building, and nurturing relationships with SMB creators, driving high-value partnerships, and enhancing our platform's ecosystem. You will be the key liaison between Levanta and new and existing creators, ensuring successful collaborations that drive growth for both our creators and Amazon Sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Recruitment: Proactively identify and curate extensive lists of prospective leads, efficiently entering them into targeted drip campaigns to drive successful onboarding and engagement with Levanta's platform.
- Campaign Iteration: Develop and deploy targeted campaigns to reach new creators with the goal of getting them engaged with Levanta’s platform to drive revenue.
- Onboarding: Lead new creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our marketplace, while providing support and guidance to set them up for long-term success.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic creators you’ve onboarded, addressing any questions, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of creator campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Ensure creators are meeting partnership goals and delivering value to Amazon Sellers.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to the Levanta team to continuously improve our platform and creator offerings.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and workshops to foster a sense of community and provide educational opportunities for our creators.
- Occasional Event Attendance: Help with identifying and occasionally attending industry relevant industry events to source new creators to onboard them onto Levanta's platform.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on strategies, share feedback from creators, and ensure a cohesive approach to creator partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in lead generation, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and execute drip campaigns that drive successful client onboarding.
- Track record of building and managing successful relationships with publishers and influencers.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace is a plus.
- Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas or Washington.
