This position will be a key role in a joint venture brand, SirDavis Whisky, reporting to Moët Hennessy to design a global consumer engagement framework for brand campaigns, ensuring that end-to-end marketing plans connect and resonate with global target audiences. The Consumer Engagement Director plays a vital leadership role the Brand Team, leading consumer connections planning across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, social, and digital. The role requires close collaboration with the Brand teams to optimize the development, implementation and continuous improvement of their brand communications plans – improving penetration, engagement and share of voice to deliver near and long-term brand growth.

Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for a strategic problem solver and a ‘doer’ to develop and implement 360-degree consumer campaign execution, with a focus on building out the brand’s digital ecosystem.

  • Leverage core consumer insights to design global consumer engagement framework for brand campaigns, authentically connecting the brand to global target audiences.
  • Develops Brand’s OESP Model that drives recruitment by connecting precision planning audiences and evaluating their success across the brand’s digital ecosystem.
  • Lead team on all digital marketing tactics, from the initial briefing to the final execution and subsequent optimization. This involves providing clear and constructive feedback to ensure the creative output is aligned with brand strategies and objectives.
  • Lead the development of launch toolkits including messaging, paid media assets, e-commerce assets, press releases, social assets and influencer guidelines
  • Support Creative & agency briefing for brand and consumer engagement tactics, including launch activations, media, social, and influencer.
  • Own the team on all digital marketing tactics, from the initial briefing to the final execution and subsequent optimization. This involves providing clear and constructive feedback to ensure the creative output is aligned with brand strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure clear messaging from Maison across the decentralized organization to ensure that Markets are localizing the universal Maison strategy effectively.
  • Ensure consumer ecosystem is aligned and coordinated, offering a flawless consumer experience throughout Media, PR, Social, Influencer, Experiential and Trade Marketing
  • Develop strategic external partnerships and implement high-impact marketing programs to drive global growth, retention, and awareness.
  • Lead content planning for the brand in collaboration with Creative Director
  • Develop a deep understanding of market and consumer opportunities to build campaigns that drive revenue goals.

Additional Information

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Professional Experience & Skills:

  • At least 10+ years minimum in consumer engagement strategy to support brand building
  • At least have 5+ years of working across media/partnership platforms and agencies, with strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimizations for varying customer segments.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis.
  • Ability to present and communicate at a senior level to showcase insights that connect to the brand vision and target audiences
  • Luxury consumer goods or wine and spirits industry experience preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to influence key partners
  • Critical thinking and deep understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Budget management skills.
