About The Role
We're seeking an experienced growth product manager to drive the expansion of our product, benefiting millions of creators and businesses.
What You'll Achieve
- Researcher: Define, track, and analyze key growth metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Planner & Innovator: Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities based on data analysis, market insights, and user feedback.
- Growth Hacker & Team Player: Generate and convert insights into business results through collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and marketing).
- Experimenter: Create and monitor A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance user experience.
- Owner: Take ownership of business results and effectively communicate growth initiatives to stakeholders and team members.
- Fast Learner: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and success of our products.
Skills You'll Need To Bring
- 3-8 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, product analytics, or a similar role in the internet industry. Relevant background in short video/creation tools/creator economy is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and comfortable collaborating with teammates in the US time zone.
- Strong ownership, entrepreneurship, and a passion for driving growth through innovative strategies.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) is preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely or Google Optimize) is preferred.
