As we expand, we’re seeking a User Acquisition Performance Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our player base. This pivotal role will focus on building and executing strategies to attract and engage users, ensuring our product reaches its full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement data-driven strategies across multiple channels (social media, SEM, programmatic ads, influencers, etc.) to grow ClubWPT Gold
  • Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and retention
  • Data Analytics: Track, report, and adapt based on key metrics for continuous improvement
  • Innovate with New Channels: Test emerging acquisition channels to attract and retain high-value users
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to align acquisition efforts
  • Drive Partnerships: Build partnerships within the gaming community to enhance ClubWPT Gold’s exposure


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced: 4+ years in digital marketing and user acquisition, ideally in gaming or tech
  • Data-Driven & Creative: Skilled at combining data insights with creative strategies
  • Collaborative & Agile: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Background in gaming, poker, or casino industries
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid media
